The Minnesota Land Trust's St. Paul office is located in The Specialty Building on the southeast corner of University and Raymond avenues.

From I-94, either direction, exit to Highway 280. Take the University Avenue exit, traveling east to Raymond Avenue. The building entrance, along with surface-lot parking, is on the south side of the building, off of Raymond.  Free street parking is best found on Myrtle Avenue.  Myrtle Avenue runs east-west one block south of University Avenue between Pelham and Raymond avenues.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE - March 2011:

During construction of the Central Corridor light rail system, the exits off of Highway 280 can be quite clogged with traffic; alternate routes via side streets may provide a better route.
