Gena Setzer
Staff Attorney
Gena Setzer joined the Minnesota Land Trust staff in October 2001 as its first staff attorney. Gena is responsible for legal review of matters involving land protection projects, including the creation and enforcement of current and proposed conservation easements. Previously, she practiced real estate law and corporate law at the law firm of Doherty, Rumble & Butler, P.A., in St. Paul, Minnesota. Gena has a law degree from the University of North Dakota and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota.
