The Land Trust protects nearly 400 properties across Minnesota with conservation easements.  In keeping accreditation requirements, we monitor each protected property annually. It's a big job and one we couldn't do without help from volunteers.

Volunteer monitors attend a training session in the spring and are then assigned to monitor 1-3 properties during the monitoring season, which runs from June-October. Volunteering for the Land Trust as a monitor is a great way to enjoy the outdoors while helping to protect land throughout the State. If you'd like to help, send us an email here.
